How your information is handled.

The enquiry form on the Contact page does not submit to a server or database. When you press send, it opens your own email application with your name, contact details and message pre-filled, addressed to Ruth. The email only leaves your device when you choose to send it, through your own email provider.

That means this website does not store, hold or have access to anything you type into that form. Once you send the resulting email, it exists in your inbox and in Ruth's, the same as any other email — handled under the same care as her other client correspondence, and not shared with third parties except where required by law or professional obligation.

Some service pages also link to intake forms hosted on Microsoft Forms. Those forms are not part of this website: anything you submit there is processed by Microsoft's service and received by Ruth, under Microsoft's own privacy terms.

If you go on to book an appointment or programme, Ruth keeps clinical and administrative records in line with her professional obligations as a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with CORU. Those records are kept securely, used only to provide your care, and retained for the period required by professional and legal record-keeping standards. This website itself plays no part in creating or storing those records.
