Integrative Body Work

Pain is not always the problem. Sometimes it is the portal.

For people who are curious, willing to explore and interested in understanding the stories their bodies may be carrying.

Many people arrive here after trying numerous approaches yet still feel that something important has not been fully understood. They may be living with chronic pain, persistent stress, recurring patterns, emotional overwhelm, nervous-system overload, or a sense that their body is asking for deeper attention.

Perhaps you have been told that nothing more can be done. Perhaps you have learned to manage your symptoms but still find yourself asking why they continue to return. Or perhaps you simply sense there is more to the story than a purely physical explanation.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. You simply need a willingness to be present, curious and open to what emerges.

Heart Centred

Heart Centred work is not sentimental, passive or vague. It is grounded in safety, deep listening, compassion, truth-telling, clinical discernment and radical responsibility.

It creates enough space for the nervous system to settle and for what has been defended, silenced, overridden or held in the body to become visible without being forced.

What Working Together May Include

Every session is tailored to the individual and there is no fixed formula. The work unfolds according to what is present, what is needed, and where meaningful change is most likely to occur.

  • Hands-on bodywork and physiotherapy-informed treatment
  • Education about pain, neuroscience and nervous-system health
  • Chronic pain coaching and rehabilitation
  • Nervous-system regulation and self-awareness practices
  • Somatic awareness and embodiment practices
  • Guided self-inquiry and exploration of recurring patterns
  • Inner child and parts work where appropriate
  • Opportunities to reconnect safely with your body
  • Movement, breathwork, mindfulness and yoga-based practices
  • Lifestyle and behavioural change support
  • Collaborative goal setting and sustainable strategies for daily life
  • Working alongside other members of your healthcare team when appropriate

The aim is not simply to reduce symptoms. It is to help you understand yourself more deeply, build capacity, develop resilience and create sustainable change.

Hands at work on the head, slow and attentive

Whether the pain is physical, emotional, relational or rooted in long-standing survival patterns, it often carries valuable information.

My work is not about fixing people. It is about helping them understand themselves: to recognise the patterns they have been living within, understand what their body may be communicating, and reconnect with their own wisdom, resilience and capacity for change.

My role is to guide, interpret, educate and illuminate.

The transformation belongs to you.

Knowledge. Safety. Integration. Embodiment.

Knowledge alone is rarely enough.

The bridge between knowledge and embodiment is integration. Integration does not come without safety.

Safety creates the buffer that allows the brain to pause and respond differently to stress and triggers. Once the nervous system settles, wisdom can move into quiet places.

Healing is not a checklist. It is learning to be present enough to tend and nurture our bodies in real time. It is steady, consistent and slow. Slow enough that we build trust in our ability to know and care for our needs.

Growth is not measured in certificates, healing ceremonies or qualifications. It is measured by how deeply we can feel, relate, rest and respond to our own humanity. This is where we stop performing and start belonging to ourselves.

Three-Session Pathway

Integrative Body Work Package

Because this work benefits from time, trust and continuity, I recommend beginning with a three-session pathway rather than trying to uncover and resolve everything in a single appointment.

The package includes one extended 105-minute initial session, allowing time to explore the wider story and begin the bodywork without rushing, followed by two 90-minute sessions to deepen and integrate the work.

Each session is shaped around what is present and may move between conversation, education, somatic exploration and hands-on treatment. The intention is not to force an outcome, but to give the work enough space to unfold safely and meaningfully.

Investment: €395

Payment may be made in full, or if you would prefer to begin with one session before committing, the extended initial session can be booked separately for €150. If we agree to continue with the package, this will be credited towards the full cost.
