Hydrotherapy
Buoyancy, warmth and graded resistance.
One-to-one hydrotherapy can support people living with arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, reduced mobility, neurological conditions, fatigue or weakness; those returning to movement after surgery or prolonged inactivity; and those who need the buoyancy, warmth and graded resistance of water to move with more confidence.
A pre-pool assessment is completed before entering the water so the session can be tailored safely to your needs.
Professional Scope
As a Chartered Physiotherapist, I assess and identify musculoskeletal, movement and functional issues within my professional scope of practice. Where assessment suggests further medical investigation or another form of specialist care, I will discuss this openly and recommend appropriate referral.
