Ruth Molloy — Catalyst
“The body holds your truth, I have learned to listen.”
Integrative Physiotherapist. Physiology Researcher. Writer. Educator. Yoga Teacher.

For more than thirty years, I have worked with people through pain, illness, stress, menopause, loss, recovery and the moments in life when something is no longer working and can no longer be ignored.
People rarely arrive with only a physical symptom. The body is always part of a much bigger story, and my work is about listening carefully enough to understand that story. I connect what is happening physiologically, emotionally, psychologically, environmentally and within the heart field and subconscious.
At the heart of my work is compassion. I create a heart-centred space where people can feel safe enough to be honest, deeply listened to and fully seen without judgement.
Sometimes change begins with understanding the pattern.
Sometimes it begins with hearing the truth spoken clearly.
Sometimes it begins with finally having the space for your own truth to land.
This is why Catalyst became part of my name; not because I change people, but because I help create the conditions in which meaningful change can occur.
This is who I am and how I work.

My Philosophy
The body carries information long before we find words for it.
With experience I have noticed that what was happening in the body was rarely happening in isolation. Usually there was a bigger story unfolding. Stress, life experiences and relationships leave their mark, as do the ways we learn to adapt, survive and belong.
Over time, I became fascinated by the patterns that emerge in our bodies. The ones that shape our health, resilience and influence our relationships and the lives we create.
This understanding is at the heart of my Multidimensional Health™ approach. It recognises that our health is shaped across many interconnected dimensions: physiological, emotional, psychological, environmental and the final subtle dimensions of the heart field and subconscious. We cannot neatly separate one dimension from another because human beings do not experience life in separate parts.
My work is grounded in science and shaped by compassion. I bring both the head and the heart to it, offering a space where people can feel deeply seen and where what has been ignored, hidden or waiting to emerge can finally be acknowledged.
You do not need to arrive with the right words or a perfectly organised story. You simply need a willingness to be present, curious and open to what emerges.
The body is not a problem to be fixed. It is a story waiting to be understood.
